Meghan & Zack held their wedding at Wolf Lakes Park in their English Garden, one of our all-time favorite wedding venues. We have just LOVED getting to know these two.... after a fun-filled engagement session on the ice at a local rink, we knew their day would be action-packed & a blast. Being a hairstylist, it was only natural that Meghan spent the morning doing up everyone's hair, from her Mom to Bridesmaids to nephews....artists gotta work, we get that :-) Attire-wise, Meghan stunned in a classic vintage gown (Madeleine's Bridal) and a gorgeous succulent and rose red-highlight bouquet topped off with a birdcage veil that gave her an elegant, timeless old-Hollywood Diva vibe. For the bridesmaids, she selected a light floral print, that keyed in perfectly with the girls bouquets & color palette. Zack & the guys cleaned up pretty good as well & were looking spiffy ;-) Selecting his Dad for his Best Man was a really cool tribute....such a great way to honor a Father, love it! Shooting 35+ weddings each year, we consider ourselves to be "experts" on the finer aspects of wedding cakes LOL and in this case have to give top marks to these two for choosing a "tower" of Buntinis (mini-bundt cakes) topped with a cutting cake for them from our friends with Nothing Bundt Cakes. We were treated to a great evening sky and created some sweet sunset portrait moments courtesy of the always epic Wolf Lakes signature sunset (LOVE that setting sun reflecting back over the water....no Photoshop needed here). They capped off the night with a romantic moonlight boat ride around the lake, and both lived happily ever after ;-)
