HOW do we participate?: Our Santa Experience is held in-studio by appointment-only, reserved in advance online. Appointments book up fast, so reserve your spot today. You'll pay a $25 reservation fee, which converts to a studio credit towards your purchase. What should we expect during our Santa Experience?: We believe in creating a genuine, interactive & authentic Santa Experience. Your children will have plenty of time to chat & interact with Santa, while we capture natural spontaneous images. We are SO blessed to be hosting "the best" Santa for the 11th season! Our returning clients will tell you he truly is the finest Santa they've ever experienced, both in personality & authenticity.
Is there a sitting fee?: Your $25 family reservation fee will be converted to a studio credit towards your photo package purchase
What outfits would you recommend with this year's scene?: The Elves are working on a cozy living room fireside set design indoor scene for this year, so your Family will look adorable in everything from fancy formal attire to Christmas PJ's.
Can we still take "cousins" pictures together?: Yes, please book back-to-back sessions & we can incorporate cousins into a single group pose together (MAXIMUM 7 people) Each household MUST reserve their own session.
What is the cost of portrait packages?: Portrait Packages start at $58 & range up to $98. We offer traditional prints, gorgeous heirloom metal ornaments, custom-designed Christmas cards & other great products to showcase your treasured experience. You can view our enlargement packages HERE
How many people will fit in the scene?: Our Santa scene can accommodate the whole family (MAXIMUM of 7) due to the scene space & set design specs.
We have an infant, can you accommodate us?: For those with infants or very young children who would like to participate, we have a few options. Depending on your comfort level, Santa may hold your child or support them on a sitting surface. It is always a good idea for parents/guardians to be prepared to join in the photographs. Please feel free to call us if you have questions about accommodation for your family.
Can we bring our pets?: Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate Santa's four-legged friends at this event due to allergen concerns
Can you take family-only portraits during Santa visit?: This event is designed exclusively for portraits with Santa Claus. Family portraits like THESE can be booked separately
What if we need to reschedule or are sick?: If you are unable to keep your appointment either due to sickness or scheduling conflicts, you may be able to reschedule yourself. Simply access your confirmation text/email and you should see options to reschedule if spots are still available. Call us if you have questions or issues.
Is this event still benefitting Poverello House?: Absolutely...Fresno's Poverello House is the studio's adopted charity, serving our neighbors in need (read below) and so we are again this season donating a portion of all proceed to Poverello House & encourage you to join us as you're able.

In the spirit of the season one of our primary goals for this event each year is to benefit the studio's adopted charity, Fresno's Poverello House, and so we're donating a portion of Santa proceeds to support their good works. We're excited to report that we have raised & donated over $20,000 for Pov's good works & this year we're excited to raise that number up with your support.
